The QuickSwap ($QUICK) token

QuickSwap is a fork of Uniswap, the first Automated Market Maker in the now-exploding DeFi sector of the Cryptocurrency industry. Both are, without a doubt, magical. But, rather than settle for unicorn magic, I’ve chosen the magic of dragons, It’s a much faster kind of magic.

QuickSwap has grown in popularity due to the speed and low fees offered by the Polygon Network. It’s also Ethereum-compatible, allowing you to trade ERC-20 tokens.

Users can trade any pair with QuickSwap by bridging ERC-20 tokens from Ethereum to Polygon, as long as there is a liquidity pool for it. Anyone with a token pair can start a new liquidity pool and earn transaction fees from other users.

Are you curious about Polygon (MATIC)?

Polygon (formerly known as MATIC) is an Ethereum-compatible network infrastructure. The attractiveness of the Polygon Network stems from its quickness as a scaling option and low gas expenses. MATIC tokens are used to pay transaction fees.

Why use QuickSwap?

Many users use Polygon because of its fast transaction times and inexpensive costs. Liquidity providers and swappers benefit from Uniswap’s audited code as well as the benefits of the Polygon Network’s ERC-20 support. One significant advantage is the ability to exchange ERC-20 tokens using a simple bridge rather than Ethereum’s higher fees. As a result, QuickSwap strikes a solid compromise between Ethereum compatibility, the convenience of usage, and affordability.

QuickSwap does not make money from user fees, unlike a centralized exchange. The ones that profit from transaction fees are liquidity suppliers. Any exchange done through a liquidity pool is subject to a 0.3 percent fee, just like Uniswap. You can claim and even reinvest your earned transaction fees at any time. You will receive fees equal to your proportion of the overall liquidity.

The QuickSwap (QUICK) token

QUICK is an ERC-20 token that operates as QuickSwap’s governance token and was introduced in February 2021. 90% of the token’s total supply will be awarded as rewards to anybody who participates in liquidity mining, effectively converting liquidity providers into platform stakeholders. Other DeFi initiatives, such as Uniswap and PancakeSwap, use the same governance paradigm as QuickSwap. Holders of QUICK can make ideas for new features or improvements to the platform and vote on them.
